Research Of Refrigerator's Harmony Based On The Function Design Method

With the changing of living attitude, people require more wonderful household-use refrigerators. The pure "food cold storage, freezer" could not satisfy people's needs of life and consumption. On the other hand, the refrigerator designers, for a long time, pay more attention to pure technique and function design, and pay not enough attention to human engineering, spirit function, and environment protection function and so on. All these, when consumers use products, cause a lot of inconvenience, and could not satisfy and enhance consumers' tasty needs. Consumers need safe, reliable, sturdy, durable products, at the same time; they require comfortable, convenient, artistic and fantastic products. All these requirements are refrigerators' harmony request.The harmony design of household-use refrigerator can solve the above shortages. The harmony design, at the premise of satisfying the technique and function design, uses theories of engineering esthetics, semeiology, morphologic, psychics, human engineering, in order to design household-use refrigerators synthetically. The harmony design can bring together practical value, economy and beauty to products, attaining perfection and unity of the form and the contents of the products, in order to meet the overall needs of the consumers.The main research contents of this dissertation include:1. Based on the function concept and theory, analyze the present problems and future development of household-use refrigerator, bring forward the harmony meaning and concrete test criterion analyze;2. Improve the refrigerator by the thought and method of function theory, commence from the function of the refrigerator, analyze the character of the actual refrigerator design method , thorough analyze the substance and spirit function of the refrigerator, and acquire the function technique matrix from the sub-function;3. Analyze the function technique matrix of the household-use refrigerator and get feasible concept models;4. Get a few concept models of household-use refrigerator, which combining with the new technique of refrigeration and sculpt, color, material of refrigerator;5. Get the estimate targets from the function and the harmony principles, and establish the estimate target system of harmony;6. Compare and analyze the concept models and make out the harmony estimate.
