| The hydrating heat is the main factor resulting in temperature—stress and crack in mass concrete, so it is important to optimize the raw materials for controlling the hydrating heat and improving the performances of mass concrete .Through mono— factor experiments, the influences of cement ,chemical and mineral admixtures on the performances of mass concrete was studied, and the proportion of mass concrete was optimized .The C40 concrete was obtained, which can meet the demand of construction in winter and control of temperature .By testing in practice, the C40 concrete reached the design standards and satisfied the need of project.Through testing the temperature and strain of mass concrete, the basic variational laws of temperature and strain were obtained; and the relationship between them was concluded. According to the developmental principle of temperature and strain, maximum temperature difference at different ages between the inner and the surface of mass concrete was confined. Finally, the proper methods about mass concrete curing and crack controlling at the different ages were put forward. |
