Synthesis evaluation is a evaluation process that evaluation subjective assesses some objects by the number from many facets and angles such as society, economy, science and technology and so on, and get a whole understand of objects .This process involves subjective, objective, methods, effect and so on.It is a complicated process. It composes choosing evaluation subjective, deciding evaluation purpose, understanding evaluation objects, deciding evaluation indexes systems, choosing evaluation methods, demonstrating evaluation results etc steps. In the evaluation process, the select of evaluation methods is more important. At present, many synthesis evaluation methods are present, and get better evaluation effect. While, in order to avoid the limits and unilateralism when some single evaluation method is used, a new combination evaluation thought which combines deferent evaluation methods is put forward in recent years. Combination evaluation break a new path for synthesis evaluation. This article also applies combination evaluation thought, presents a new combination evaluation model which unites Compatibility Degree Maximum Model on the basis of Accelerating Genetic Algorithm, that is, Real coding Accelerating Genetic Algorithm-Compatibility Degree Maximum Model (RAGA-CDMM) .RAGA-CDMM combines deferent single synthesis evaluation methods by utilizing compatibility degree as judgment standard. This article introduces in the detail from the aspects of concept, principle, method, steps, and so on, and makes some examples analyses in deferent application fields.
