With the great variety and high density of electronic telecommunication instruments on modern vehicular telecommunication systems, the demand for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) design becomes more and more complicated. However, the design of EMC on vehicular telecommunication systems is lack of the practicable indices system and allocation method. To solve this problem, first, this thesis proposes the characteristics of EMC design on vehicular telecommunication systems and correlated theories are combined to build an indices system that the indices allocation needs. Second, aiming at the network structure of the indices system, the Analytical Network Process (ANP) is selected as the method to get the weight of indices. Because of the disadvantage that the parameters of traditional cost functions are hard to be determined, the model of generalized cost function is built and feasible degree parameters of generalized cost function are confirmed through the feasibility analysis of system indices. Based on the principle of cost control, using system performance as constraints, the indices allocation optimization model is built. Finally, using the genetic algorithms as the optimization allocation algorithm, and according to the analysis of actual cases, it can be verified that the indices system and the allocation method can be satisfied with the demand of the EMC performance on vehicular systems.
