| At present,in highway net,the asphalt pavements are badly in need of maintenance in China.On account of economical,environmental friendly,efficient advantages,the hot in-place recycling technology attracts the attention from works those people devote themselves to road maintenance.So,how to take advantage of the hot in-place recycling technology at the utmost becomes a topic of general interest in contemporary reasearch.The successful models of how to use hot in-place recycling technology appear in our country.However,it is empty that systemic evaluation system for the post-evaluation of hot in-place recycling technology.In order to fill blank in post-evaluation of hot in-place recycling technology,meanwhile,for inhance tracking management of project item,promote using rationally of road resource,avoid wasting construction funds owing to decision error.This paper focuses on the system of post-evaluation of hot in-place recycling technology.In view of the concept and essential of HIR in Liaoning,along with engineering examples,this paper aim to analyse the following aspects:(1)Based on the comprehensive and systemic analysis on the theoretical konwledge,in addition,combining with the unique characteristics of hot in-place recycling technology,the theoretical system of the post-evaluation of hot in-place recycling technology is established in this paper,the conclusion of this research show that the pavement performance of hot in-place recycling asphalt pavement plays the most important role in post-evaluation of hot in-place recycling technology.(2)Before screen the most fit post-evaluation indexs,many contrustion methods of index systems,evaluation standards and evaluation methods are reaserched.Throgh multiple comparisons and selections,this paper select a screen indexs method resting on the modified Delphi method with experts and sholars’ recommendations,besides,the weights between different post-evaluation indexs are calculted by means of algorithm of optimal combination deterining weithts.(3)In the light of a great deal of field investigation and experts’ consultation,the factors assemble,the different rating scales according to the standard of relevant factors as well as the membership function about post-evaluation of hot in-place recycling technology are brought forward.Then,on that basis,the successful degree with fuzzy evaluation comprehensive method which combines the merits of success degree method with advantages of fuzzy evaluation is introduced into the construction HIR engineering.Through the post evaluation system developed in this paper introduced into practicies,which are proved the system’s feasibility and practicability.In order to ensure the post-evaluation work’s integrality,this paper develop the relevant system of feed back in accordance with investigation into the method and content of post-evaluation of hot in-place recycling technology.Moreover,the feed backe system acts as one of the primary data for providng standard for post-evaluation of hot in-place recycling technology.The research content improves greatly the developing of post-evaluation of hot in-place recycling technology,and offers investors and works reliable help. |
