Development And Application Of Training System For Dispatching Staff Of Western Mongolian Power Net

With the development of Western Mongolian Power Net (hereinafter referred to as Western Mongolian Net), the formation of the power net becomes more and more complicated. It is especially important to research and analyze the running state of the power net and the function under the situation of all kinds of disturbance and breakdown.Simulating the first and second equipments of the real system, using the data provided by power net EMS, through forming all kinds of models, the training artificial system for dispatching staff of western Mongolian net vividly recreated the real environment of the running of the power net. It not only can make the normal calculation of current, but also can make static and motional simulation calculation of all kinds of breakdown. This provided the basis for the dispatching staff to deal with the accidents and to arrange suitable running patterns. After developing for more than one year, each function of the system met the needs of the practical requirement and reached the functional purposes.
