According to the rapid development of modern science and the improvement of production and management at the seaport, it is an urgent need to make use of computer system to carry out simulating training to operate of lifter. Tracking and measuring training is the key module in the training system. The Container Crane Training Simulator is an integrated system including scene model, training module and communication equipment. In this paper, tracking and measuring training is brought into the system of Container Crane Simulating Training, at the same time database is designed for the training system.By tracking training, control of simulating training , monitoring training and storing training data can be realized. The Lagrange dynamic equations in 3D space are used to describe the dynamic aspects of cranes after the actual movements of cranes are analyzed. Runge-Kutta method is applied to solve the Lagrange equation, The equations of state are proposed to describe the movement of the working crane at every moment, control of simulating training is realized by the technology of simulating; making use of the technology of computer communication and timer under the environment of VC++, the simulating system can acquire training data timely; Monitor training can be realized by the redrawn curve.The training data that come from tracking training is stored in SQL Server 2000.The file with INI format is designed to realize the configure between VC++ and SQL Server 2000; the data structure is developed for the training system; the manager's authority and the trainer's authority is assigned to improve the security; the file with RAT format is developed to clear the database automatically, which keep the training system steady.By Measuring training, the assignment of role and authority, the replay of operation and Testing training can be realized. In the platform of Visual C++, making use of MFC to design assignment of role and power, which keep the system safe; the dynamic and static replay are realized, which supplied according to better training; the checking model of accurate judgment and fuzzy judgment that based on Fuzzy mathematics is built, the checking item is made with abstract mind, the procedure is called to realize the automatic check, finally the printing sheet is developed.The application of the training system indicates that the system of Container Crane Simulating Training is not only reliable, but also general and expansible. What's more, it reduces the requirements to user's professional knowledge, and meets the needs of the users.
