Schedule Management Information System Of Hydropower Project

With the development of the science and the advancement of the society, the size of the architecture projection is expanding, the complexity degree is growing and the amount of the information needed to process in the project management is increasing. In order to insure the construction pace of the project, we must take the modern schedule management method and assist with the modern information technology in the schedule management. Here the thesis is going to present and work over the system analysis and design of the information system on project schedule management and the problems when being applied based on the PERT.In project schedule control phase, the project schedule planning has some risk and common network planning can not point out the undeterminate factor. It does disbennifit to the apply of network planning in complicated project. This paper put forward a new method of time control to appraise the potential uncertainties through one Comprehensive appraisal method with influence area based on the characteristicof construction project. This method can do quantificational disposal to the potential uncertainties and reduce the influence of the uncertainties to the construction project.Integrating with the practical background of the management information system of YLC(Yunnan Lancangjiang Water Electricity Co., Ltd), the writer attended to develops the schedule control prototype system of the project construction which was based on the Client/Server structure which including three import parts: analyzing the idiographic applications about Xiaowan Water Electricity Power Station of the schedule management, concluding the main operation flows about the project schedule management, and establishing the entity relation model of the system basing on the two. The paper is going to address the aspects of the system such as system functions, network framework, and the specialties.
