Research On The Modeling And Management Of The Cost Budget Of Geotechnical Investigation Based On PERT

At present,the actual situation of C hina's engineering survey industry is that under the state-set fees,the entire survey industry's cost management is very empirical,the lack of scientific cost control and systematic theoretical research.Qualifica tion and level of good and bad survey units on the one hand,forced by the fierce market competition reality,in order to bid to compete with lower prices,the bid was found unable to meet the profits of unlimited sacrifice survey quality.O n the other hand,in the process of surveying,the so-called experience of "patting the forehead" is applied mechanically.For the construction environment of unfamiliar investigation project,the scientific and systematic project cost management and budget are not enough,the survey period is wrongly estimated,Resulting in the survey cost of the survey found a major mistake.Based on cost control theory,schedule control theory and PERT method,this paper studies the cost management and schedule control of geotechnical engineering survey and its application in geotechnical engineering cost estimation.Through the establishment of the system model,the statistical characteristics of the system are quantitatively calculated,and the parameters of the system are optimized.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Based on the theory of cost control and the specific investigation market and engineering examples of Tianjin,the characteristics of geotechnical investigation cost management are analyzed,and the factors and methods of project cost control are summarized at each stage of the project.Based on the theory of schedule control,the progress control of geotechnical reconnaissance in the field before,during and after construction was analyzed and summarized.The PERT method was introduced into the estimation and optimization of construction period of geotechnical prospecting project.Based on the PERT method,according to the specific situation of geotechnical engineering survey project,the corresponding system parameters are extracted,and the system model is constructed.The project estimation and cost budget are analyzed with the example of a survey project in Tianjin.
