Study On Management Information System Of Construction Claim

Claim is an important aspect of contract management and play an important in project management. At first, this paper point out the goal and the meaning of researching and developing management information system of construction claim. This article analyses claim and claim management systematically in theory, primely including claim concepts, claim causes, claim conditions, claim classfications, claim management and it's function, and then the calculation when there are claims. This article analyses management system of construction claim, including the relation of construction claim and the rest of project management, the organization management pattern of contract management and construction claim management, and the basic work of contract management and construction claim management. This paper constitute the organization management pattern of contract management and construction claim management which is adapted to management information system of construction claim, at the same time present the request of the basic work of contract management and construction claim management in the aspect of criterion, norm and process. A model of claim system is given at the end of this paper, and then there is a practicable way for researching and developing management information system of construction claim.
