| Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel Co.Ltd.(hereinatter refer to DCD) mainly produces 6102(6105) /4102(4105) series high speed diesel engines for vehicles, the power covers 66-132kw(88-179hp)with speed 2800-3200r/min, those mainly power for high, medium and low rand of bus, truck and engineering part of 5 in diesel engine ( engine block, cylinder head, crankshaft, con'rod and camshaft), it not only presents the core technology of manufacture process, but also deterimines the product quality and capacity of whole diesel engine. During the national "Eight Five Plan", DCD had finished renovation of two engine block production lines, one is for 4102(4105) engine block with capacity of 30000 units, another is for 6102(6105) engine block with capacity of 30000 units, therefore the production capacity of diesel engine had certain increase. With expansion of the engine market and increasing of the variety, the capacity of existing block machining lines is far from demand, So it is very necessary to increase the machining capacity of engine block. In view of whole process level of diesel engine block machining lines at home and abroad at that time, this paper lays particular emphasis on the way of production line arrangement, such as rough and finish machining process, dry and wet machining, using home made imported equipment, single engine line and transfer line etc; this paper has also given deep analysis on new technology and new process for gun drill and gun ream, diamond honing stone and plateau net honing, combinels with successful experiece and lackness which accumulated on existing block machining line, guides practice with theory, recruit thoery with practice digestion, through several discussions with related equipment suppliers, the final renovation plan had been determined for the block maching transfer lines of 6102(6105) /4102(4105) series diesel engine, the developing direction and applicable technology for the block machining line renovation in the future has anaylized also. |
