With the development of science and technology,society and enterprises are demanding more and more functions and quality of products.The cycle of upgrading and upgrading of products is becoming shorter and the complexity of products increases accordingly.In today’s increasingly modern people’s life,automobile exhaust has become an important pollution source of urban atmospheric environment,along with the people environmental protection consciousness,our country in July 1,2013 formally implemented four(three)emission regulations standards,improve the engine emissions become the important means of competition of enterprises.Beginning in 2009,weichai power have successfully production reached the three standards of 10 l,12 l diesel engine,to improve the weichai engine market share and expand the scope of the three standards of diesel engine power,the company launched the 13 l diesel engine research and development strategy,and in 2013 established process research and development and the implementation process.Combining the weichai WP12 / WP10 the actual status of blue with line,analysis WP12 and WP13 diesel engine cylinder block product drawings,determine appropriate process improvement plan,by improving or improve existing WP12 diesel engine cylinder block production line,finally realizes the WP12 and WP13 general production on the production line.Thesis mainly from the analysis of the difference of WP12 and WP13 diesel engine cylinder block,reference existing WP12 process,the analysis of similarities and differences among the WP12 and WP13 can determine both the best general production and processing technology,this both reduced the modified or new production line,reducing the costs of process optimization: for WP12 and WP13 in common machining,to maintain the original process;For the difference between the two,the process parameters of WP12 and WP13 are determined,including cutting tools,machine tools and processing methods.After the implementation of this scheme,the production line has a high flexibility,suitable for the processing of variable products and high production efficiency.Practice has proved that according to the scheme of the construction of the production line,has high utilization rate of equipment,stable production capacity and reliability,for other displacement of the upgrading of production line has a certain guidance and reference value.
