After analyzing the feature parameter of hydraulic impactor produced by domestic and abroad, this paper put forward the improving design of hydraulic impactor using stroke-feedback control method, the pressure-feedback control system, tamp ing-draw ing cylinderand accumulator are adopted in the design. This paper give a details anylysis of its tamping course, and proposed that the strike energy and frequency can be adjusted independently and steplessly by the impacting pressure of timely adjusting hydraulic system of the vertical post resistance, and set up the nonlinear mathematical model. Finally the study of simulations and experiments is conducted.By the practice, it has been verified that the strike energy and frequency can be adjusted independently and steplessly through the resistance of the vertical post timely adjusting the impacting pressure of hydraulic system. This enlarges the range of applications, saves energy, reduces capacity of engine and enhances working efficiency.
