Abstract:Hydraulic pile hammer has been widely recognized due to its high efficiency, low noise, small vibration, no soot pollution. High efficiency is a permanent topic studied by people, but because of the complexity of soil type, the changeable of the pile size, how to coordinate the strike energy and frequency to keep the highest efficiency is still unsolved. To develop the hydraulic pile driver’s using scope and its strike efficiency, this article does research on the hydraulic pile hammer hydraulic system and the adaptive independent step-less strike energy and frequency control system design.First, after analysis the existing methods of the strike energy and frequency hydraulic stepless control, this article put forward a control system which can maximize the piling efficiency through step-less change the strike energy and frequency. And design the pile hammer hydraulic system which can control the strike energy and frequency steplessly.Second, divide the adaptable step-less strike energy and frequency control system into two parts which are step-less strike energy and frequency control module and adaptable control module, base on its working principle. And do design and research on the two parts respectively.Third, use the simulation software to simulate the pile driving math model, the result shows that the adaptive step-less strike energy and frequency control system could help the pile hammer keep the highest piling efficiency regardless of any type of the soil or piles.Last, set up the experiment to test the adaptable step-less strike energy and frequency control system on the ZCY70hydraulic pile hammer, and the experiment result shows the mathematic model is correct, and its value of reference and practical significance is important for its application in engineering.
