The quadrotor aircraft gradually become a research hotspot in recent years because of its excellent ability to hover and low speed performance and cost advantages, its potential in the field of civil and military is been developed rapidly. This paper mainly studied the quadrotor aircraft control system, designed a quadrotor aircraft platform which is stable and reliable. Based on aircraft platform, in order to achieve the application of reconnaissance and strike, this paper designed two new mission equipment,that is reconnaissance and strike module and remote louder module.Firstly,this paper studied the reconnaissance and strike aircraft and rotor aircraft development history and present situation,and include the comparison of domestic and foreign development level,and clear the research significance of this paper.The reconnaissance and blow aircraft unmanned aerial vehicle based on fixed wing developing rapidly and had got reality checked.Because the reconnaissance and strike quadrotor which this paper designed can stable hover and landing does not need to run to and easy control, it can be used as a fixed wing uavs a beneficial supplement,and can play a big role In the field of military and police.Secondly, this paper has carried on the overall design the reconnaissance and strike quadrotor aircraft. Analyses the hardware requirements, determine the structure of the system.after that, designed the aircraft platform, mission equipment and transmission link circuit respectively and components selection, ensure it can meet the design requirements.Thirdly, This paper has carried on the strapdown inertial navigation algorithms and software design. Studied the classification of inertial navigation system in the field of navigation, coordinate system selection and the knowledge of attitude Angle. Due to the frequency domain characteristics of sensor data complementary, this paper designed a kind of passive complementary filter to filter and fusion the sensor data.This paper use the quaternion method calculating spacecraft attitude, classic PID theory used for spacecraft attitude control. For system firmware upgrade convenience, this paper designs a set of flight control system online update software,which is BOOTLOADER.Users only need to use ground station through wireless data transmission module to send the firmware to the flight control system, without the simulator cable connection, can update the flight control system of the master and the firmware of each component.Finally, after assemble the body of quadrotor body and the hardware circuit design and weld complete,testing hardware and software for each module. After the test, outdoor flight experiment was carried out. The experimental results show that the aircraft flying platform can be stable, easy to control.Task module also reached the design requirements.
