Because of its unique technical characteristics,the unmanned combat system has a huge military application prospect.The research on unmanned strike load technology has important military significance and engineering application value.In this dissertation,the design of strike load module of small-scale unmanned combat system and the research of running burst dispersion control were carried out.According to the requirements of the design specifications,and based on the purpose of the research on the running burst dispersion control,the overall structure of the small-scale strike load module test prototype was designed,and the three-dimensional model was established.The use of high-speed 3D-DIC technology was proposed to carry out threedimensional measurement and analysis of muzzle response of the fixed fire strike load,including the period of the projectile movement in the bore and running burst.By using the indirect measurement method of DIC technology,the response of running burst of the fire strike load in the sample carrier state was obtained,and the main factors affecting the running burst accuracy of the small-scale strike load module were determined.It was found that the postures deflection of the fire strike load caused by the elastic deformation of the bracket caused by the impact of the recoil had the greatest impact on the running burst accuracy of the small-scale unmanned strike load module.Based on the feed-forward principle,the compensation method was proposed to control the running burst dispersion of unmanned small-scale strike load module,and its feasibility was verified in theory by the way of electromechanical joint simulation.A strategy of running burst dispersion control based on fire control module was put forward,and the corresponding running burst dispersion controller was also developed.Its effectiveness was verified by short shot dispersion test.The research showed that the control method proposed in this dissertation can effectively reduce the postures deflection of the fire strike load while running burst,and effectively improve the running burst accuracy of the smallscale unmanned strike load module.The content of this dissertation has certain reference value for engineering application.
