In recent years, with the develop of computer industry and Computational Fluid Dynamics, it becomes possible to simulate & predict air distribution,thermal comfort of design system based on CFD technology in buildings. Because of the complexity and high initial capital cost in designing air conditioning system of large space building, diversified design system are not applied in China. For this purpose, with the aid of Airpak2.1, thermal comfort and air distribution of air conditioning with return ventilation pipe, none return ventilation pipe existing air conditioning and delaminated air conditioning mode are simulated in Tianjin International Exhibition Centre new B hall. Through detail expatiation on CFD by mathematic method, the results indicate that it is feasible to simulate operation of air conditioning system in large space building. On the basis of above, three air conditioning modes are contrasted and analyzed, and results are validated by actual test.1. According to main design parameter of the B hall and initial design scheme, a simulation are carried out in summer & winter based on CFD technology, in order to gain air distribution,thermal comfort of the design scheme, and a banausic referenced gist are applied.2. On the basis of initial design scheme, a reconstructive air-conditioning system with none return ventilation pipe are adopted. To validate its feasibility, a simulation are made with worst instance in summer & winter by CFD technology, derives that none return ventilation pipe existing air conditioning has reasonable air distribution, thermal comfort. 3. According as large space building character, delaminated air conditioning improved mode was put forward and analyses its design character, cold load count method. The paper simulates air distribution and thermal comfort of delaminated air conditioning and gets strongpoint of reasonable air distribution & thermal comfort, lower initial capital cost & running cost, energy efficiency. Through counting shooting flow formula, Ar rule number and Airpak2.1 simulating relation of send wind temperature and send wind angle.4. To validate CFD technology feasibility, have scene experiment test in new B hall and have simulate using Airpak2.1 according to testing condition. Simulating result and testing result compare in order to indicate CFD technology validity and feasibility.
