Research On The Assessment Standard Of Safety Management In Waterborne Transportation

The waterborne transportation in our country has made great srides forward since the reform and open policy was carried out. While the constant accidents followed poses new problems to safety in waterborne transportation, the most pressing one is that of lacking of the assessment standards of safety management. The ultimate goal of this paper is to help eatablish a scientific, reasonable and easy-manipulated assessment standard and make the safety management in waterborne transportation step into systematism and normalization gradually.This paper first analysizes the present safety situation and the problems exsites in out country's waterborne transportation. It also introduces the frequent-used ways of assessment and put forward the fuzzy comprehensive assessment as the tool through analyzing the chatacteristics of the safety management in waterborne transportation. After consulting and referring to large qualities of documents, the assessment target systems are eatablished respectively according to different assessment objects.This paper employs a combination of the qualitative and quantitative ways to establish amathematics modle and developes the computer assistant system. The result gived by the system has a great co-relation with the actual one, so its practical value should not be ignored.The researth paper will be proved to be meaningful to accelerating the normalization of the safety management in waterbore transportation and enhancing the level of science and technology in safety management.
