Road transportation has the advantages of convenience,flexibility and wide-coverage,and these make it become the most basic transportation method of hazardous chemicals.However,because of the particularity of hazardous chemicals,the complicated structure of vehicle,the faultiness of management system and other factors,accidents occur frequently,resulting in immeasurable economic losses and casualties.Based on this,in this thesis,a condition monitoring software and hardware system for road transportation of hazardous chemicals is developed and transportation safety assessment is studied using information fusion methods based on fuzzy mathematics.In this thesis,the vehicle parameters,hazardous chemicals parameters and environmental parameters are selected to be monitored;the condition monitoring system is developed based on LabWindows/CVI;and the PXI bus test system is designed to monitor the parameters of the mobile pressure vessel combing with the software.Then,this thesis studies the safety assessment of road transportation of hazardous chemicals based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.The evaluation index system consisting of qualitative indexes is established by taking into account the factors of human,vehicle,environment and management,and the established mathematical model is a two-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,being used to evaluate the safety of road transportation of hazardous chemicals in an enterprise.Finally,because the model which is based on index system including qualitative index cannot achieve real-time evaluation,the further study on safety assessment is undertook.The mathematical model is based on Mamdani fuzzy inference,and the evaluation indicators are from the parameters monitored by the condition monitor system.This safety assessment model was used to study the safety state of LNG tank when gas leakage,verifying its reliability.The thesis provides a certain project application value and theoretical foundation on condition monitoring and safety assessment of road transportation.
