| Considering the road traffic safety status of the three represented roads inGuangXi(China R.P),in the condition of road,The elements which affects the trafficsafety is studied mainly in the following aspects:alignment,subgrade,pavement,visibledistance,tunnel,bridge & culvert,signal & marks and the crossing;road environmentand water,as well the relation between pedestrian,vehicle and road.Based on thestudy,the necessity and method to establish road safe traffic inspection system isproposed to perfect the road conditions and reduce the safety accidents.The articlewill be of the reference for staffs of road ,bridge and traffic workdesign,construction,management and scientific research,as well as the staffs of safetraffic management.
