Study On Relative Theory And Method Of Road Traffic Safety Management Planning

The implimenting of road traffic safety management planning is an important way to promote the level of the road traffic safety and improve the flow of traffic.Public safety on a particular road is an important indicator of successful safety management planning on that road.The measures outlined in this paper hope to put forward some of the best ideas and in-depth studies to tackle road safety management in modern China.Firstly,the dissertation studies basic concepts such as "road traffic safety management planning","road traffic safety management" and "road traffic safety".All three will be compared with traditional methods of relevant and current road traffic safety management.Secondly,the dissertation introduces the organization and administrative levels needed for effective road traffic safety management,from planning contents,relative policies that may affect road constrction and final construction.Thirdly,based on the author's in-depth and detailed research create a theory model targeting the survey objects,current situation evaluation and development of trend predictions.Fourthly,with use of specific cases,examples and data analysis,the author proves how the relevant research results can be very effective.Above all,the innovations of the dissertation based on above study results are described as following:Firstly,define the characteristics and framework of "road traffic safety management planning","road traffic safety management" and "road traffic safety" based on practical experience from the point of traffic safety management demands.Secondly,based on a unique method called dynamic research the dissertation puts forward key elements which directly affect road traffic safety management.Using this dynamic research,the author is able to have a successful road traffic safety management planning process.Thirdly,the dissertation presents an evaluation indicator based on the current traffic situation unlike those of the past.With use of this new evaluation indicator,the change from data collection to practical evaluation can be observed scientifically.Finally,the dissertation presents a new predictive method based on a combilnation with the positive aspects of traditional methods and the special method called parameter regression.Using this new combination method makes future prediction work more effective and scientific according to various situations.
