| Nowadays, vehicles are designed to have higher speed and lighter weight. The number of vehicles is also increasing. As a result, traffic accidents and the casualties increase sharply. In order to enhance passive security of vehicles and decrease the number of casualties, the crash passive characteristic and protecting passengers of vehicles structure need be studied during design stage. Although the vehicles crash testing is necessary to appraising vehicles and passive protection device, test expenditure is too expensive and the result is not stable. According to foreign research result, vehicles crash simulation including dummy can accurately forecast not only the crash characteristic of vehicles but also response and injury degree of passengers in crash process. This method is very important for shortening design period of vehicles.The thesis synthetically states the mimic crash numeric calculation theory-dynamic explicit non-linear finite element method. On the basis of this theory, the author deeply analysis the Hybrid III-50th male dummy and fully knows the math model and material parameters of dummy. Then author establish the seatbelt including retractor, slip ring and pretensioner. At last author import the Hybrid III-50th male dummy model and the seatbelt model into the vehicle model, and integrates dummy, seatbelt and vehicle into an integrated model by seat model. Through simulation of the integrated model, author get the dynamic response of dummy and part guideline of injury estimation. Comparing with test, the simulation analysis results is coincident with the test result.This thesis is a beneficial study in vehicles crash including dummy and seatbelt and promotes the appliance of FEA in the study of vehicles passive security. |
