Chongqing Residential Building Design With Climate

In recent years, with the understanding of the global environmental question become deeply, the idea of sustainable development has already been rooted in the hearts of the people. The architecture field has rapidly lifted one share " the ecological building hot". The research of the building and environmental relation is from only pays close attention to the humane environment to carry out the transition to humane environment and natural environment to lay equal stress on gradually. The climate has caused more and more concerns as the important part of the natural environment. We study the building achievement that design with climate both at home and abroad and survey the residential building in area of Chongqing. Through refining, drawing lessons from the tradition and modern architecture, we want to summarize the design theory and method of design residential building with climate in Chongqing area. The article divides into four major parts altogether. First, Introduction At first, we analyze many questions that the architecture field pays close attention to nowadays such as the building sustainable development, the building regional and designing with climate. Then we propose the purpose of the research, which is to summarize feasible design method that suit economic engineering level at present in Chongqing, and solve the problem of sustainable development of residential buildings in Chongqing. Second, People and building climatic environment In this part, the interaction and influence of climate, people and building are analyzed. We introduced the environment comfortable evaluation criterion of indoor climate of the building, which offer the theoretical foundation for our study. Third, Chongqing climate environment and residential building we introduce Chongqing geographical climatic environmental status, point out that the damp and hot climate in summer is a key consideration factor of the architectural design with climate. Besides, we put forward some extant questions in acclimating of residential housing in Chongqing and analyzed it.Chapter four: Study on the method of design with climate for the residential building in Chongqing We study on the distribution, single body and constitution technology of the buildings carefully, discuss mainly how to combine the local climateto carry on the house architectural design of Chongqing. This is a center point of a thesis. On the aspect of the distribution of the buildings, we have mainly studied colony's overall arrangement and outdoor environment. On the aspect of single building, the study building size, dividing hot environment, surface sunshade, natural ventilation in building etc. The research of construct of building includes wall, roof, doors and windows, balcony and sunshade etc.
