The object in this thesis is oil tank of 300,000 tons gross tonnage made in Dalian New Shipyard. From the calculation for the system of refrigeration, the choice of equipment, to the calculation for the temperature field and velocity field, the emphases is building model for evaporator in static state and dynamic state, do calculation and analyse for the whole space with temperature field and velocity field. This thesis do calculation with finite element method, point out the shortage of actual location, offer a method, and do a compare with fact. This thesis succeeds previous traditional design method, uses the advanced finite element analyse software ANSYS6.1. This thesis can be divided into six parts as follows:First, the optimized theory are analysed based on relevant literatures. And some finite element analysed software are introduced.Second, the model for evaporator is founded based on traditional theory, including refrigerant side and air side, and the method for choosing element; the calculation for the load of refrigeratory; the thickness choice for heat insulation material; the work area of evaporator is conformed; and the matching for the other elements.Third, This paper expatiate about refrigerant with considering both protect environment and ecnomic benefit, and explain energetic and physics characters for green refrigerant R507.Forth, The thesis introduced ANSYS6.1 well, point out the evidence for using this software.Fifth, the calculation for whole space.Sixth, reasonable measure is given,...
