| Nowadays, with the development of communications technology, in order to meet the requirements of high security, stabilization and efficiency of electric power system and meet the demand of marketization of operation of electric power corporation, the electric power communication network has developed rapidly. Wide utilization of new devices has led to higher intelligentization ,stronger functions and more complicated configuration and application of the electric power communication network.Emergence of numerous new products, functions, and technologies has largely increased our choices ,which leads to the complexation of the variety of electric power communications network. The technology's progresses also influences people's conception essentially, and make it possible to combine technologies of computer network with the technologies of communication. The services of electric power communication network have already expanded from telephone scheduling and transmitting data in low speed to digital user's service with high speed and great capacity, such as computer internet, wide area network and video transmission, etc. Its structure has already developed from simple star topology ,which is used to serve schedular center, to today's multicenter network to assure that the network can serve the requirement of increasing transmission of electric power information.The electric power data network must make sure that the electric power system has high security, stabilization and efficiency. The information of schedular automatization, electricity energy collection, water instance measure ,report and electricity network malfunction analysis requires very high security. With such strict requirements and a complex network, it is especially important to take an effective network manangement strategy to assure that the operation of electric power data network is effective and reliable.This paper has discussed network management protocol and analyzed today's popular protocols such as SNMP, TMN and CMIP. I have probed into the archetecture of network management, and on the base of it I have analyzed the MIB and SMI of SNMP and the information structure of SNMP in detail. Then I have analyzed the TMN and CMIP protocols and management pattern based on web.The electric power data network is required not only to meet the needs of electric power system communication but also to serve the public. The requirements are verycomplex. This paper generally and systemically analyzed all kinds of services' features and the requirements for network.Based on the features of network, requirements of network service and present network state in GuiZhou electric power data network, the author put forward the requirements of network managemant and performance in network management system , emphasizing the monitor ability of network performance managemnt system over end-to-end data stream transmission. He pointed out that network performance should be able to reflect the data transmission parameters such as delay, probability of dropped packets, and also network security management strategy of Guizhou electric power data network , meanwhile emphasizing the importance of talent management. |
