| With the expansion of the scale of power grid, power communication as an important branch of the power industry, in all areas of the planning and construction is also becoming more and more important. Traditional network architecture can’t meet the modern electric power communication network for reliability, safety, large data quantity and so on various aspects strict requirements and gradually replaced by other architectures. PTN technology both inherited the advantages of the traditional technology, and the powerful transmission reliability and availability of higher bandwidth management mechanism and traffic engineering, scalable network management, and other advantages, can support various types of network communications services, to ensure the operation of the power system safe and effective.This paper first introduces the principle of PTN technology and its hierarchical structure and the key technology of PTN, the differences between PTN technology and traditional techniques are analyzed, and the development situation of PTN technology in network communication is summarized. Then based on the overall power grid situation in CangZhou county, presented a detailed description of the current developments in their power communication network, analysis the development needs of the County of CangZhou current power communication network, and discussed the networking solutions, network architecture and security issues for fiber optic transmission network, proposed the solutions for formation of PTN new network. Based on the the present situation of CangZhou electric power communication network, proposed the corresponding solution strategy and planning, carried out the implementation of a series of programs for IP network planning, network port planning, equipment, and the site selected. On the basis of the original SDH/MSTP network structure, established the PTN electricity transmission network, making the CangZhou county electric power communication on rate traffic transmission, transmission efficiency and reliability have been greatly improved. Finally, based on the PTN network witch has been set up to analyze the device-level and network-level protection mechanisms they have taken, and verify the reliability of PTN network witch has been established via Ethernet performance testing and equipment protection switching test.The paper has made systematic planning and discusses on the CangZhou county area electric power communication network about requirements, feasibility and reliability, etc, which based on the PTN equipment and has a long-term significance for the development of the electric power communication network. |
