Railways,as a vital lifeline of the national economy,play a crucial role in promoting social development and serving economic construction.In recent years,with the expansion of China’s railway network and the advancement of digitalization and informatization in operation and maintenance,railway information technology has experienced rapid development.The number of users and volume of services in the railway data communication network have also increased,accompanied by various user behaviors that affect network quality and security.These frequent occurrences of user anomalies pose significant challenges to the maintenance of railway data communication networks and the analysis of channel quality.To address the issues of frequent user anomalies and the heavy workload in network quality analysis in the current railway data communication network,this paper integrates the current status of railway data communication network operation and maintenance.Based on SNMP and Net Flow technologies,it studies the automatic collection and analysis of information on user anomalies.This research achieves automated analysis and traceability of typical user anomalies in railway data communication networks.The implementation of this functionality brings high value to the operation and maintenance of railway data communication networks.Firstly,it improves the efficiency of handling related faults in data communication networks,reducing the impact of network issues on railway information technology services.Secondly,it reduces the technical threshold for troubleshooting and problem resolution.Thirdly,it resolves the issue of untraceable problems or faults caused by human factors in railway data communication networks.Moreover,this research comprehensively combines factors of user anomalies with network operation and maintenance quality parameters.It employs various algorithms such as Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS),and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.A comprehensive evaluation model for the network operation and maintenance quality of the railway data communication network is designed,enabling dynamic trend tracking and quantitative assessment of network operation and maintenance quality. |
