The electric power communication network is an important part of the power grid,which is the basis of realizing the automation and management of power network dispatching.Among them,the SDH transmission network carries on the production scheduling,operation control and other business systems.However,the SDH system meet the business needs of the single transmission power grid infrastructure projects only.It causes to complex of the network architecture,system resource shortage,problems of protection of the cross-provincial SDH network.Along with the development of the national grid construction,the operation security and safety reliability of the power communication network are put forward.This thesis follows the traditional telecom network evaluation and optimization method,combined with the characteristics of power network communication services,builds the model of the transmission network architecture of power communication network in line with the demand of service development in future.At the same time with the cross-provincial present situation and future increment source,hierarchical structure of network planning,put forward the optimization ideas and practical target network architecture,and guiding the future cross-provincial power SDH transmission network construction.With the development of electric power services and the trend of the network optimization of SDH transmission network for power communication network,it will greatly reinforce the core transmission grid,improve cross-provincial SDH transmission network stability and reliability,thus providing the proposed reference for the construction of new communication for power line.
