| With the deepening of global economics, the convenient and speedy transportation is promoting the economic and social development for all countries effectively. The Trans-Asian Railway is intended to provide a continuous railway connection between Southeast Asia and Europe as well as between Southwest China and Europe, the significance and lasting influence will be taken place by the establishing of this railway. Meanwhile, the China YunNan part of China of the Trans-Asian Railway will link China with the participating countries in Southeast Asia such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and so on. It will enhance the stability and development of the region.Under the advocating of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, the participating countries are interesting in the construction and development of the Trans-Asian Railway. They have put their effort in evaluation of the route choices in their own country to find out the maximum economic benefit which they can get from the Tans-Asian Railway. Because the economic developing status of participated countries is different, so the different opinions was proposed since every party considered the self-condition as prerequisite to form the corridor. The method of fuzzy integrated evaluation is applied for this railway's route choices in this condition.Chapter 1, the preface, stated the research background of the YunNan segment in China of the Southeast Trans-Asian Railway, and the route choices in brief, at the same time, the influence and meaning of this corridor in China and Southeast Asia region has been highlighted.In Chapter 2, it stated the detailed information of this railway such as the nature characteristic, social and economic characteristic, the forecast of the guest and freight transportation, the technical requirements of missing links, the route choices of this corridor, the distributing principle of the stations , the short andlong term transporting capacity and the investment estimation etc.Chapter 3 stated the principle of the fuzzy integrated evaluation, and introducedthe method to work out the value of subject degree and weight. Expert assessmentmethod was applied to the route choice of railway project in this article.In chapter 4, the method of the fuzzy integrated evaluation was used to evaluatethe route choices for Trans-Asia Railway in China , the optimum railway routechoice was worked out accordingly and the research conclusion as well.This article described the basic principle of the fuzzy integrated evaluation for theroute choice of railway project , and made the conclusion more concrete andfigurable. |
