In recent years,with the advancement of power system reform and the continuous updating of distribution network planning guidance documents,substation location work has become more and more complicated.Especially for the problem of location selection for urban substations,various new types of intelligent optimization algorithms cannot take advantage of their own advantages.Instead,traditional location evaluation methods can efficiently solve the problem of location selection for urban substations.Through research and comparison of existing evaluation methods,it is found that the existing multi-substation site selection research has some deficiencies.For example,the "multi-select one" site selection evaluation method cannot solve the "multi-select multiple" site selection problem;For the location of multiple substations,there are known multiple location options,and the problem of finding the best solution has not yet seen a particularly effective method.Based on this,this paper applies the Harmony Degree Equation(HDE)evaluation method to the study of multi-substation site selection.The main work is as follows:Follow the construction principle of multi-substation joint location evaluation index system,through statistical analysis and theoretical analysis,29 indicators are obtained,and the preliminary indicators are formed from seven aspects: power grid architecture,basic conditions,environmental conditions,economic benefits,social factors,technical aspects,and low-carbon utility.Then the Delphi method is used to adjust the index,thus formulating an index system suitable for the evaluation of joint location of multiple substations,including 1 evaluation target,7 evaluation criteria and 28 evaluation indexes.From the quantitative and qualitative perspectives,the method of obtaining index data and its preprocessing are introduced respectively,and related MATLAB programs are written.An evaluation model for joint location selection of multiple substations based on HDE is established,and the evaluation steps are detailed,including the selection of the five elements of harmony theory,the determination of the parameters of the harmony equation and the method of obtaining the harmony value of each layer.In order to obtain the harmony of each layer in the evaluation index system,it is necessary to comprehensively weight each evaluation index and evaluation criteria.Therefore,the principle of minimum discriminant information is used to obtain the subjective and objective comprehensive weights.The subjective weights are determined by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP),and the objective weights are determined by Entropy Weight Method(EWM).Combining the advantages of both,taking into account the subjective opinions of experts and objective facts,the accuracy of each weight value is improved.And compiled the MATLAB program of FAHP,EWM,comprehensive weighting method,which simplifies the calculation process and improves the site selection efficiency.In order to verify the feasibility of the site selection method in this paper,it is applied to a site selection example of three 110 k V substations of a power supply company in a certain area.By calculating the total harmony value of the three known site selection schemes,the first scheme is determined as the best one.This conclusion is consistent with the actual engineering situation,which proves the effectiveness of the joint site evaluation based on HDE multi-substation. |
