| In order to collect and manage the large amount of digital and graphic information in the procedure of dam safety monitoring,this dissertation puts an emphasis effort on the research of key technology and methods of the development of dam safety monitoring information system,concerning on the management of information and lying on the development of key functional module. Based on the summary of current development of information system,the research and development of information system are introduced in detail,referring to DBMS management,computer network,digital graphic processing technology and the methods and theory of development of information system software. The main contents are as follows.(1) Based on a detail discussion of the collection and management of information in information system,an information management frame built on the basis of E-R relation structure and C/S calculation module is deduced. This paper also makes a deeper discussion of the management of different kinds of information in the field of dam safety monitoring.(2) Based on a simple introduction of the concept of computer network and the principles of Internet and Intranet,the dissertation does a lot research on the way of how to make use of the hardware and software resources and web data base technology,and makes a deeper illumination of the realization of the network distribution and sharing of information in the scope of intranet as well as internet.(3) Combining with the information management and some key functional module,the methods and procedure of the development of information system are discussed and a new development way of dividing the functions of information system into some different modules are also deduced here,aiming at decreasing the complexity of the system and increasing the extensibility of the system.(4) With an example of management of the monitoring information of XinAnJiang large dam,an information system has been developed.
