Current international most advanced security solution hotspots bridge by bridge inspection, networking, data mining techniques to solve problems package.My thesis is to study on the situation of certain bridges, Yinchuan, Ningxia specific software development project outcomes, subject comes from Ningxia Software Park area businesses to undertake research topics of the transport sector, the main reason for this is that since the subject was started a few years ago the country continuous bridge collapse accident occurred after a vicious, bridge safety monitoring, surveillance was mentioned in Ningxia, Yinchuan government ’s agenda to solve the security management of the bridge has become imperative, " people" safety engineering.Road and bridge works as a vital transportation hub and guards choke hydraulic engineering, its security is directly related to the vehicle and the safety of fellow pedestrians, but in the course of their service, due to the local climate, atmospheric oxidation, adverse environmental factors such as corrosion of various facilities on the short-term and long-term impact and long-term road bridge structure under static load or live load will inevitably produce the natural aging, injury continue to accumulate, the performance of the structure will gradual deterioration, security, roads and bridges will continue to be threatened, and therefore in the economic and technical conditions allow for the monitoring of the state of the bridge structure is a hot issue in today’s bridge engineering research. The data trend analysis as road and bridge engineering structural health monitoring process issues extremely important aspect will be the decision-makers and managers to assess the structural safety of roads and bridges, as well as an extremely important basis for decision-making. Data mining is a bridge monitoring data collation and analysis of trends provides a new way of thinking and research methods. In this paper, the main contents of the structure of the bridge monitoring system safety monitoring of bridge management information systems requirements analysis, design and implementation. The main work is as follows :1. Introduce the background of the bridge health monitoring system and domestic and overseas actuality,raising some issues;2. Analysis BP nerve network and Time-Series algorithms of data mining and some correlative technologies for the implementation of the module;3. Analysis the software, hardware and functional requirements of the data analysis module in detail4. Implement the function of unreliable data resume using the BP nerve network algorithm and the parameters of bridge trend prediction using the Time Series algorithm;5. Raise some points need approved of the current module.
