After several discussion on the merit & demerit among conventional time-course reservoir operation chart, optimize method, and practical reservoir operation in power system, a suit of utility graph of optimum power dispatching to cascade reservoirs is proposed in this paper, which is based on respective design and research and heavy calculation. Because of being true of fact, taking one thing with another, this utility graph is not only easy to use, but good guide to real time dispatching also. Succeed to briefness of the conventional reservoir operation chart, at the same time, not lose the profound meaning of optimize method, this utility graph will be of great value to reservoir operation schedule in power system. By via of the base point of filling up water in reservoir at the end of flood season, a pre-schedule line to typical hydro-graph and original water level target can be obtained. Thinking over reform and development in North-East Power System for the future, it is necessary to take the maxim income of hump modulation for long-term reservoir operation as objective function. And, the key of this utility graph is the control to fluctuant water level target. A universalprogram module to long series reservoir operation is developed seeking for optimum solution. In the end, diversified practical disposal and technique such as the simulating calculation, the link of long period operation with real time dispatching, the optimum feed back of water level deviation, the reasonable adopt to inflow prediction, the seek of optimum water level target, etc, are proposed in this paper. |
