In recent years,with the continuous development of China's social economy,water supply shortages,uneven distribution of water resources in time and space,and mismatches between water resources distribution and local development have become increasingly prominent.In order to solve this series of problems,many large-scale water diversion projects and river reservoir water system connection system projects have been completed in China.How to introduce external water scientifically and rationally through water resource optimization scheduling is the key.With the construction of water diversion project and other water conservancy projects in Jiaodong,the water supply pressure of industrial and urban domestic water,agricultural water and other water users in Jiaodong area has been effectively alleviated,bringing new energy to the local social and economic development.Research on optimal water resources dispatching based on the connected system of river reservoirs is very necessary for the rational allocation and utilization of regional water resources.This paper aims at the joint optimization of the diversion and water supply of the Menlou Reservoir and the Mishan Reservoir in Jiaodong area.Based on the background of the diversion project and the runoff evolution of the two reservoirs,the research is carried out from the construction,solution and optimization of the reservoir dispatch model At the same time,for the water demand in the planning year(2025),the solution of the aggregation reservoir dispatching rules and the analysis of the related results are performed.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Analyze the distribution of water resources in the study area from the aspects of socio-economic development level,water supply and demand,and analyze long series of runoff data in the study area to obtain two reservoirs The trend of runoff change and the ability to compensate for runoff during heavy and dry seasons reflect the necessity of water diversion and joint dispatch in the study area from a hydrological perspective.(2)In this paper,a dynamic water diversion method is proposed,which fully considers the regulation capacity of member reservoirs and the coming water situation in the future.This method can better realize the compensation effect among reservoir groups through the difference of hydrological characteristics and regulation performance of reservoirs.(3)According to the characteristics of the study area,this paper establishes a virtual aggregation reservoir model based on NSGA-? algorithm,and solves the Pareto solution set of Menlou-Mishan aggregation reservoir..(4)According to the dispatching requirements,the cooperative competition relationship among the multiple targets of the aggregate reservoir is analyzed,and the fuzzy plan is used to optimize the dispatching plan,and a satisfactory plan is obtained.The qualitative and quantitative perspectives are used to obtain the satisfactory plan.The rationality of the scheduling rules.(5)According to the water demand of the planning year(2025),this paper analyzes the maximum water supply capacity of the polymerization reservoir,and analyzes the advantages of the combined operation of the polymerization reservoir from the aspect of water supply guarantee.
