In security and defense, rocket weapons play an important role. There are a lot of factors can affect the performance of the rocket weapons, such as imbalances, launches eccentric thrust, initial disturbance generated by launcher when launch the rocket weapons, etc. These factors will have a serious impact on unguided rocket weapons’ trajectory, shooting accuracy, intensity, and even lead to the decline of combat troops. Among them, the initial disturbance of launcher is the main factor. A serious of factors produced during rocket weapons launch process like high-thrust, strong shock(vibration), high temperature and pressure, heavy smoke and powder, strong blast, will lead the launcher to initial disturbance. For the guided rocket weapons, they can adjust the stance in the flight to reduce the impact of launch disturbance. But for most unguided rocket weapons, launch disturbances has a large effect on them. Many countries in the world are still equipped with a large number of unguided rocket weapons in order to achieve different strategic objective. In order to study how the launcher disturbance affect the precision and intensity of rocket weapons, it is needed to do some dynamic testing and research about the initial disturbance to provide a reference for research on how to design anti-disturbance rocket launch in the actual environment.This paper does the research based on the characteristics of rocket launcher’s disturbance and space six degree of freedom motion model. Use the CNC system to establish a ground rocket dynamic testing control system to simulate the disturbance phenomenon during the process of rocket launching and test rocket’s stance during the disturbance based on the constructed six degree of freedom motion model. Provide experimental data for the study of launcher disturbance attenuation of six degree of freedom and its impact on the stance of the rocket weapon when leaving the launcher.This paper designs the overall scheme and finishes CNC system selection based on the mechanical structure, function and the demand of the rocket dynamic testing control system. Use Siemens SINUMERIK 840 D CNC system as the core of rocket dynamic testing control system, use S7-300 PLC realize logic control, and at the same time use other peripheral modules finish hardware design. Also finish electrical wiring layout and designing, PLC hardware configuration design,PLC software programming,CNC system drive configuration and drive system optimization. After the actual operation and testing, it fully meets the requirements of the system and can operate normally.
