Using case study and commercial report,this advantage and possibility may be found. The product service system is a very young concept, which make system thinking the most important. By using such method, some complex problem which cannot be solved by the ordinary “problem solving” method can be brought down into pieces and systematically solved. This method let the user took part in the design process, which is because the nature of service. Due to the special using scene of outdoor products, users normally are pickier to products’ flaw. The writer believe by using this new method in outdoor products’ design process, the better products can be created.
