With the vigorous development of emerging information technology,all walks of life around the world usher in the real explosion of knowledge,and collaboration and integration in different industries are gradually deepening,in this environment,enterprises lack effective knowledge-sharing and knowledge-reuse in the product design process,which causes too much time in knowledge acquisition and reuse and is not conductive to the rapid response of the market.Therefore,how to build a complete set of knowledge service methods and technology to achieve the acquisition and reuse of enterprise knowledge effectively,which is the key problems of this paper.In this paper,with the background of manufacturing industry and taking knowledge of mechanical product design process as the research project,the representation and the model construction of product design knowledge,the knowledge retrieval,matching,pushing of the product design process and the development of product design knowledge service system were studied,in order to achieve the effective acquisition and reuse of designers' knowledge,improve the efficiency of designers,and enhance the core competitiveness and innovation ability of enterprises.Aiming at the present situation of product design knowledge representation and acquisition,according to the source of product design knowledge,the classification method of product design knowledge,the definition and characteristics of all kinds of knowledge were summarized,the distribution space of product design knowledge was constructed,and the relationship between product design process and design knowledge was analyzed.Then the knowledge representation framework based on SysML was proposed,the mechanical product design knowledge representation model based on the SysML was built in this framework.According to the knowledge representation model based on SysML and the RDF,the semantic annotation framework was established to achieve the knowledge semantic annotation.On this basis,the semantic retrieval of knowledge was achieved by constructing the reasoning machine,and the semantic retrieval method of product design association knowledge was designed.Aiming at the problem that the accuracy and recall rate of knowledge matching algorithm based on vector space model in product design knowledge management system are not high,the characteristics of product design knowledge and the defects of traditional vector space model were studied,and the vector space was reconstructed,then the semantics and semantics structure vector space model was established,on the basis of which a knowledge matching algorithm based on reconstructed vector space model was proposed.For the lack of the knowledge push method in the product design process,according to the demand of the product designers in the enterprise,the knowledge demand based on the task and the post were extracted,then according to the characteristics of each knowledge requirement,the general framework of knowledge push and the model of knowledge push were established.On this basis,task-based knowledge push and post-based knowledge push were achieved.Finally,based on the above research,in order to achieve the effective management,acquisition and reuse of enterprise knowledge,the corresponding mechanical product design knowledge service system was developed for knowledge management and service,information management and service.Through knowledge semantic retrieval method,task-based knowledge push method and post-based knowledge push method,the effective acquisition and reuse of knowledge was achieved,which solves the problem of the explosion of knowledge,knowledge trek and other issues at a certain extent,and promotes the design ability and efficiency of enterprise designers.
