The old urban reforming project has the characters’of high investment with long period and high level cooperation and complex related parties, so it need spend more time and more higher cost to get the best solution. Currently in China the old urban reforming project is still existing many problems on quality, schedule and cost.Especially due to nonstandard management and less budget, many related citizens’arrangement failed to be implemented timely and some projects are terminated or postponed and badly influence the society stability and harmonies. So it is a necessary to find a solution to make sure of effective control and management of the reforming project to decrease the complexity and uncertainty to increase the satisfactory of project management.Process management need to be implemented during all the period of the reforming project.Every step need a management of progress schedule beginning from the start of the project till the final settlement of related citizens.It is the main task to strengthen the construction progress schedule management and rationalize to actively control project schedule.To finalize the purpose to achieve the contracted target and meet the expected standards, the key mission of progress management is to set up project schedule with an actively control.To the real estate developer, the progress schedule management and control is a very important task, and it is also the key to normalize related parties profits to make the success of the project.lt is really not easy to well control the project progress schedule, so the project leader need to make an feasible progress schedule, and effectively control the schedule especially when there is any deviation between the actual and the plan.With sample project analysis the thesis is to generally research the progress management and control of the reforming project beginning from the kickoff to the implementation to find some good method and solution suitable to reforming project..The thesis includes six parts.The part 1 elaborates the background, the target and the research method and the structure of the thesis.The part 2 summarizes out of some theories and methods of project progress schedule control and management.The part 3 Takes X reform project of LF city as sample to analysis to investigate projectorganization and management model.The part 4 compiles the progress schedule of X project..The part 5 investigates how to solve the problems encountered during the management and control of project progress schedule with sample analysis of X project.The conclusion makes a summarize and proposes some ideas and suggestions on management of reform project progress schedule.
