The With the rapid development of the electronics industry, aerospace electronic products become more sophisticated smaller, more complex, more sensitive to static electricity, electrostatic protection class also needs increasing. However, the corresponding level of ESD protection and management has not kept pace. Although some units try to electrostatic protection management into product quality management system, but because of the lack of professional and technical basis, there has been some situation, such as: lack of system of management, execution and means of monitoring. and have no way to come up from the system establishment of an effective ESD protection system. Many aerospace companies electrostatic protection work still remains in the local protection, have no practical effect, wasted a lot of manpower and material resources, and the device failure rate remains high. Successes or failures of electronic products electrostatic protection projects directly affect the quality of aerospace electronics. Therefore Electrostatic Protection Study during the electronic assembly is a practical significance.In this paper, using the electrostatic protection engineering practice in the electronic assembly of aerospace electronic products as an example, form the technical and technological perspective, gives a systematic analysis of the theory of electrostatic production, hazards from electrostatic to aerospace electronic products, human flesh static and electrostatic prevention principle. It made an analysis of the production process and production chain in the production of the aerospace electronic products and brought forth the detection scheme of electrostatic sensitive devices of MOS pipe. It conducted a research in the basic method of electrostatic protection, classification and disposal methods of electrostatic sensitive devices, ESD protection in the workshop environment, human electrostatic protection, the establishment of anti-static work area(EPA), electrostatic protective grounding systems, anti-static material and equipment selection and the purchase and management of electrostatic sensitive devices. The adoption of effective means targets at a control and prevention of electrostatic hazards and minimized losses caused by static electricity, and produced a technical document on technical management.
