As information technology plays an increasingly important role in manufacturing companies.Material management of aerospace electronic equipment manufacturing enterprises based on ERP system can help scientific research units reduce costs in production,increase productivity and synergy with the supply chain.This article takes the relevant research institute as an example.At first,introduced the research background of the paper,explain the background of the topic and the status quo at home and abroad,the significance of the research purpose.Secondly,introduced the main work content,the requirements and the architecture of the system.And then started to design and develop the various functional modules of the system,and analyze the problems when encountered and achieve results.At last,tested the functional modules of the whole system one by one.For the electronic assembly of aerospace products,the assembly materials are characterized by various types,small batches,high quality,strict assembly process,and traceability of quality.In order to improve the working efficiency of the electrical equipment and the fine control of the production process,this paper taking into account the high control requirements in the production process,the production planning and material management library and the complex coordination problems between production vehicles,the problem of substituting due to task changes or missing materials in the process of aligning,the problem of coordination between the assembly BOM and product BOM,and finally designed an electronic assembly material management system.The main technologies include:1.In order to automatically extract unstructured product CAD model information,and quickly create a structured product model BOM,a BOM automatic export technology based on CATIA platform is proposed.2.For the nodes of the BOM,iteratively calculates the relevant material requirements of the nodes,and quickly and accurately establish the material demand plan,and proposes a visualization process based on z Tree technology.3.Aiming at the requirements of material QR code scanning,process step acquisition,web page lightweight animation process demonstration,and realization of electronic assembly guidance effect on production line,an electronic assembly guidance technology based on two-dimensional code is proposed.4.Aiming at the requirements of material QR code scanning,process step acquisition,web page lightweight animation process demonstration,and realization of electronic assembly guidance effect on production line,an electronic assembly guidance technology based on QR code is proposed.Tested by a unit of CETC,the system technology solves the actual problem,and the function meets the production needs and achieves the ideal application effect.
