Urban channel for disaster prevention is one of city’s important subsystems,samples Gengma County for their high frequency of earthquake is chosen here to illustrate the outcome of the research, Research and measurement of vulnerability based on building etc.,reaching a conclusion that the connectivity probability of County evacuation channels and different seismic intensity when the earthquake happening. Channel of the disaster prevention layouts is thus examined, then the research is finished with the estimation of random aggregation dimension,length-radius dimension,impedance dimension and space correlation dimension which works as a quantitive indicator. The study shows that:1Evacuation channels of earthquake in Gengma County have fractal characteristics.2Without the earthquake disaster, the present unitary fractal shows characteristics of single center, network density decreases from the center to the surrounding area calculation.3Impedance of Gengma County’s evacuation channels has fractal characteristics in different intensity earthquake situation,when the earthquake intensity reach8degrees, the degree of impedance increases by the measuring center to the periphery, if9degrees,it decreases by the measuring center to the periphery.4Without the earthquake disaster, it is Close between shock proof places, gets a decent traffic connection,and is conducive to the transfer of personnel and rescue. Put forward some improvement suggestions of Gengma county based on the research conclusion of the evacuation.
