On August 13,2018,an earthquake with MS 5.0 occurred in Yuxi.The epicenter of the earthquake occurred in the area of Tonghai Fourth Street,which affected 300000 people in Tonghai County,Yuxi Jiangchuan district and Huaning County to varying degrees,injured 18 people and damaged more than 6000 homes to varying degrees.This fact shows that most of the residential buildings in urban villages and built villages in Yuxi fail to meet the requirements of seismic fortification.In addition,when the earthquake happened,most of the residents felt at a loss,unable to face it,and the scene was in a panic,which brought certain pressure to the post disaster rescue guidance and government decision-making.Therefore,on the one hand,it is necessary to evaluate the seismic performance of residential buildings,and master the damage degree of buildings and the casualties caused by different earthquakes.On the other hand,it is necessary to study the earthquake emergency evacuation situation of multi-storey single residential buildings and the whole area when a specific earthquake occurs.Grasp the evacuation law under the action of non-destructive earthquake to avoid secondary disasters.It is also necessary to understand the possible degree of casualties caused by destructive earthquakes.Therefore,this paper takes Xiaying village of Yuxi as the research object,investigates its buildings,residents,roads and emergency places,applies the full probability seismic performance analysis method to the seismic performance evaluation of Xiaying village residential buildings,and conducts simulation analysis on the earthquake emergency evacuation of residents.This can provide reference for the strengthening and reconstruction of the building structure of the village in the city and the rescue after the disaster.Through the post disaster investigation of the Xia Ying Village,this paper analyzes the structural failure characteristics of the residential buildings,the unfavorable places for earthquake resistance,the behavior and psychological responses of the residents to cope with the earthquake disaster and the population distribution in the whole area.It provides data support for seismic performance evaluation and evacuation of building structures.SAP2000 finite element software is used to analyze the incremental dynamic analysis and pushover analysis of Xiaying village multi-storey masonry structure.The vulnerability analysis results,the seismic performance points of the structure,the probability of collapse of the structure under different seismic actions and the available safe evacuation time aset are obtained.Based on the new seismic performance evaluation method provided by femap-58,the paper uses the seismic damage evaluation tool pact to estimate the casualties of Xiaying village’s multi-storey masonry residential buildings.Using the software of anylogic to simulate the earthquake escape of the single residential building and the whole area in Xiaying village.Analyze the location and degree of congestion in each residential building,and count the required safety evacuation time RSET under each earthquake.Combined with the seismic performance evaluation,the casualties of Xiaying village under the destructive earthquake are analyzed.
