Development Of Dedicated Program Memory Device Reader And Writer Device Used In The Circuit Board Of Aircraft

Program memory is an important part of the aircraft repair circuit board repair. In order toimprove the level of Air Force equipment support and enhance the level of revisionism board aircraftrepair capability and depth, thesis focuses on home and abroad program memory (programming)comes with a limited capacity memory devices, and does not have the scalability and openness, etc,Inorder to fulfill special program storage device in the Circuit board for the new aircraft in the future(theF128K8N、F518K8Flash), based on C8051F040MCU, developed a versatile, scalable, dedicated andease of dedicated memory chip reader device to meet the current and future products in new aircraftdetection and read-write memory chips, thus Thesis Topic Selection has highly targeted and importantpractical value.The reading and writing device developed by thesis is based on Shenzhen Shengbo one machine(M-SPC-1500B-451-10D) for the host computer, DIP40Reading and writing control box for the nextbit machine, the communication between them is serial communication. Thesis completed thefollowing aspects of the work:(1)From the device hardware architecture design, PC Selection and software developmentprogram, Lower machine hardware design and software development solutions angle, describedReading and writing device design;(2)Based on C8051F040MCU, designed DIP40Reading and writing control box, hardwarecircuit specifically including SCM minimum system circuit, pin adaptive configuration of memorydevice interface circuit, data storage circuit, memory device operations (including erase, program,blank check, read) and serial communication circuit, based on the microcontroller developmentenvironment provided by American Keil Software company to achieve, each module is written incode using C language code in Keil C51;(3)Based on the VC6.0, developed and the next crew of supporting PC control and data displaysoftware to read and write. Software can select memory type online,send erase, program, blank check,read message to lower machine, a bin or hex file by opened or read can be displayed in the programinterface data,and can compare the files of read and write;(4)The use of experimental platform is built by one machine and the control box DIP40reader,aiming at the memory device for F128K8N,to test and verify function of erase, program, blankcheck, read message to the device, experimental results show the effectiveness.Reading and writing device developed thesis is not only achieves the function of erase, program,blank check, read for the F128K8N、F518K8Flash(Note: Currently the other programmer does nothave these features),but also achieve these functions for the various types of program memory in therange of40feets.
