On the basis of an introduction on the simulation test of gun recoil, a new method of gun dynamic recoil experiments is proposed, and a set of project for estimating loading parameters is designed. Simulated bullet is launched by the real gun to insure the simulative experiment have same or similar dynamic characteristic with practical firing. The new method of gun dynamic recoil experiments is flexible, because loading parameters are chose according to the area of shooting range. Also less scientific research funds are needed and simulation test can be guided.In a research project as the background, the main contents are included as follows.1). On the basis of an introduction on the basic principle and structure of simulation test of gun recoil, a new method of gun dynamic recoil experiments is proposed.2).Researching on the new test method of gun dynamic recoil and describing its operating principle, requirements of researching simulated bullet are given and the relationship between loading parameters is obtained based on the momentum relation of projectile and the recoil parts during launching.3). According to the loading analysis of the new test system of gun dynamic recoil, a dynamic coupling model is established by combining interior ballistics with recoil parts, and it is calculated and analyzed by MATLAB programming.4).The correctness of the dynamic coupling model is verified by comparing the numerical simulation results of live ammunition with practical firing. The feasibility of the new test method of gun dynamic recoil is illustrated by comparing the numerical simulation results of new test method of gun dynamic recoil with numerical simulation of live ammunition. Finally, the influence of loading parameters on gun recoil is obtained through numerical simulation.The results of numerical calculation indicate that the dynamic coupling model is corrected, the new test method of gun dynamic recoil is feasible, simulation test can be guided by numerical simulation, and different effect of gun recoil can be realized through changing loading parameter. The results could provide some reference for experiments and research of the new test method of gun dynamic recoil.
