The rapid development of economy and urbanization is the main driving force of elevator demand growth. With the increasing competition in the elevator industry, the domestic production enterprises outstanding increasingly pay attention to the study on industry market, especially the in-depth study on the change of enterprise development environment and customer demand trends. How to provide the more comfortable and convenient travel experience and how to provide higher reliability and better security elevator, become the most important issue in improving the competitiveness of enterprises.The principle in the design of Remote Station Extender Board is introduced in this thesis. Attentions should be paid on the layout, the selection of the reliability test items and the solution to improve the reliability of the board. Taking account of the interference of uncontrolled noise factor such as system wiring length and the surrounding environment of electromagnetic radiation, etc. Minitab software is used to design the experiment of RSEB board based on DOE method, then P-SPICE simulation software of Cadence Company is adopted to obtain the simulation analysis of experimental results to find the key factors which affect the results most. The RSEB board can meet the design’specifiation by re-designing the experiments, and determining the key factor value according to the constraint conditions.
