| The Automatic Train Protection system(ATP),which is the core safety function kernel in automatic train controlling system,is a typical safety-extensive system,and plays an important role in the safe operation of rolling stocks.As a vital part of ATP system,the on-board ATP computer can ensure the tracking interval of trains,and prevent over speeding.As a result,all ATP computers should be comprehensively tested before delivery.Moreover,according to normalized board tests of a single ATP board,potential failures could be quickly located and diagnosed in the minimum changeable scale.This article gives an idea on the designing of specified test equipment which could be adopted to the testing of a single board from ATP system,after analyzing the function,performance and interface characteristics of different boards from an on-board ATP computer.Through these normalized tests,potential failure diagnose can be done beforehand,which can greatly decrease the testing period and improve the efficiency and product quality.The main work done is listed as follow:(1)It’s given out that the possibility of adopting virtual instruments on the testing equipment,and the general design of the hardware interface board is put forward,which is based on the testing of the hardware board and the test board.(2)It’s given out that the general designing of the system,including the system structure,general hardware and software design.By setting up the LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument development platform,combined with DAQ data acquisition card,information interaction between host computer and software test tested hardware interface board has been realized.(3)The detailed software and hardware designing have been accomplished.The hardware designing includes the design of the power supply and digital modules on the base board.The software designing is the development of the controlling software through LabWindows/CVI.The controlling software is based on automatic test,which can evaluate the testing result and generate the report automatically.(4)The combined debugging on the system is conducted.Through a complete testing platform,correct controlling software is operated according to the board under test.Depending on the real-time data feedback,potential failure and bugs are located in a single board.Through the combined debugging,the testing system that this article mentioned above has fully met the function,interface and performance requirements raised by the boards under test,and could be applied. |
