Study Of The Mode Of Reusing Of Old Buildings Bases On Regionality

Chongqing is now in a period of sustained economic growth, very rapid process of urbanization, and urban development as a whole is also a removing and rebuilding. Architecture and urban structure changed rapidly .In this background, the old buildings transformation and reuse is effective to make resources used more efficiently to lower energy consumption and to achieve sustainable development.Chongqing building's regional characteristic is based on its unique geographical environment and the unique historical development, and traditional building after a long period of accumulation and development has formed a unique architectural design andurban development approach. However, in the "big demolition and construction, "period, this unique regional characteristic is disappearing, replaced by international architectural style. Therefore, in the old building re-use process, Design should be based on regional characteristics. By analyzing traditional form of buildings, proposing reform method which is adopted to the modern use, mixing building function, external appearance and space atmosphere into the city's updating process.Text is divided into four parts:The first part (Chapter 1): This part of the task is to set out questions. This study discusses the background, purpose, significance and scope of the study, and the necessity of reusing old buildings, feasibility and challenges of doing some elaborate and put forward the research method and framework for the article.The second part (Chapter 2.3): The main task of this section is to analyze problems. Firstly, reuse of old buildings related concepts, values are described, and to new construction and reuse of old buildings both in the economic, culture, resources, comparative analysis of three aspects of sustainability, and propose a feasible model .Then, analysis Chongqing's building characteristic and influenced factors in chapter 3 to get the basic form of Chongqing's regional building. Furthermore , explained the contradictions between regional buildings and modern city.The third part (Chapter 4,5,6): The main task of this part is to solve the problem and build the mode. First of all, the principle of overall building renovation is explained. This form will be used in department, public and industry building. Then, take the whole as research object, the overall transformation of the different types of buildings, and the context of the darnplace three aspects of the regeneration mode of renovation. By refining regional building characteristic, propose renovation form of old building in 3 aspects: function, external appearance and space atmosphere and take a large number of examples to discuss it.Part IV (Chapter 7): This section is conclusion. It is mainly a summary of the text, and thereuse of old buildings to do the problems faced by some elaboration, and futureprospects of reusing old buildings.
