Reformation Of The Old District In Wuhan

Due to the large-scale urban construction driven by the high-speed development of the city,a lot of precious district were destroyed in force.Most of these district were planned carefully,and the old building in these blocks reflect the Architectural design standards then.Some old buildings are the places where the historical events happened.The district which still remain haven′t been protected carefully ,as a result ,they are becoming the slum in the town center. The original pattern of life is destroyed ,as the same time ,the floating population is increasing,so,the building environment have became confuse.This paper is divided into three parts, the first is mainly related to the background of reformation at home and abroad on the Old Street area ,makes a summary of relevant research, summarizes the experience of reformation for old streets in Wuhan ,introduces the development of Wuhan's old streets, and introduces sub-history of the development of the Han Run Lane process.The second illustrates the Hanrunli district in Wuhan.Based on the investigation of the practical condition of Hanrunli of Hankou ,it concludes the reformation of the old district in wuhan. The investigation includes the Construction Status in the district , self-transformation status from the residents, the living conditions of residents, evaluation of living environment from the residents,and the transformation wishes of the residents.Based on surrounding built environment and traffic conditions,we join in new content and life style,and combine modern and traditional content.The third part of this article, in the previous survey based on the three distinctive programs,brings forward three programs. The first program focuses on building an eco-friendly, pay attention to energy-saving environmental protection; The second program is designed to create a flexible Unit in order to Han Yun-ri diversification to adapt to the family structure, so that every family to be suitable for their own Unit; third option is mainly from the Han-run inside the overall pattern of starting to rebuild the Han-run inside the order and fully with the whole city fusion..In the current social situation, the pace of transformation for old streets is very difficult. Han Yun-ri, is no exception. This paper explored the transformation of the Han Yun-ri, mainly in construction and urban planning areas, hoping to explore the most applicable, most economical way transformation in this specialized area.
