The Cultural Value And The Conservation Of The Historical Hankou Residence "Li Fen"

In China today,the process of urbanization has developed rapidly in the past 20 years.The development of cities in the future is an inevitable law of social progress.With the construction of cities,the functions of urban framework are constantly reconstructed and combined,and it is necessary to break the original urban state and situation.But the artistry of a modern city with a long history inevitably lies in its development process and unique historical features.In recent two architectural World Expos,especially Shanghai World Expo,all kinds of architectural pavilions are presented in front of the world in various attitudes,which belong to the development of human social economy,culture and technology.It also highlights the similarities and differences between Chinese and Western views on the future development of urban architecture.Looking back a hundred years,a large number of data show that the proportion of people living in urban and rural areas has changed dramatically.In 2019,the proportion of people working and living in urban areas accounted for nearly 50% of the total population.It is precisely because of this change that new cities continue to form,combine and reconstruct.However,in the process of high-speed development,the new cities and urban areas are presented in front of us.The cities become more and more monotonous,boring,and lack of personality.Therefore,based on the above-mentioned issues,starting from the origin of historical building context protection,this paper takes LUOJIASHAN Street residential building in Hankou as an example,hoping to widely absorb the urban development of the world and the protection and development of historical residential buildings through concept analysis,literature research,cultural comparison,economic and social basic analysis and other research methods On the basis of successful experience and lessons,this paper puts forward the thinking of historic building protection construction with characteristics and feasibility.History has proved that all the beautiful and livable cities in China and all over the world have their own unique regional characteristics and rich connotations of material,cultural and spiritual life.The topic idea of this paper comes from the cultural and art research project of the Ministry of culture undertaken by the tutor.The main research points and purposes are as follows: first of all,due to the rich modern and modern historical buildings in Wuhan,all kinds of protection and transformation in recent years are too superficial and simple,but in fact,they are in the initial stage of historical building protection,and there are still many problems to be solved: 1.Lack of a complete and long-term mechanism for the protection of historical and old buildings,the protection of historical buildings should be improved Recognize the value of urban survival,form relevant systems and consensus,and finally protect by legislation.2.The government and the people are lack of rational understanding and long-term protection means.The relevant protection over the years is limited to a few well-known historical buildings.At the same time,a small number of historical buildings are being damaged intentionally or unintentionally,even under the slogan of protection.3.The simplification of theoretical research and technology of historical buildings leads to the single means of protection of old buildings.It is not enough to activate the vitality of historical buildings only by protecting the shell.The final key lies in the rational use,but at present,the development awareness of historical buildings is not fully utilized,especially in Hankou's unique history of residential buildings,"Lifen" has only the spontaneous behavior of the people and is in a state of self survival and self destruction.On the whole,this paper starts with the research on the space of "Lifen" residential buildings,and puts forward the idea of selecting the local and overall "gradual reconstruction" transformation mode.Its purpose is to closely focus on the protection and reconstruction of the historical "Lifen" residential buildings,and study its future development direction from the overall environmental planning and design.We deeply feel that In modern urban modern architecture,if we sacrifice the city's cultural ecology and characteristics to cause the rupture and loss of cultural context,the result is unimaginable.As the only historical building in Wuhan,"Lifen" will be constructed into a unique urban context and style in the future urban development,and it should have a special and irreplaceable important value in retaining the historical characteristics of Wuhan city.
