From ancient time to nowadays, man's psychological feelings have been affecting their producing activities all the time. As civilization and ability of producing have developed a lot, it brings psychological experience in many dimensions to researching product design of new age. In china, researching psychological experience in many dimensions from the angle of product design has special meaning and value.This article firstly introduces the concept of product design elements, compares methods of dividing product design elements in many dimensions, and finds the fittest one. Then analyze the sameness of humans'psychology and uniqueness of psychology of people in different figures in product design activities,which is embodied in the psychological analysis of product buyer, user and designer. At the same time, discuss the most important and common part in psychology of product design, that is, aesthetic psychology, including its process of cognition, emotion and will. Try to connect product design research and psychological research in theory. Then analyze psychological experience in many dimensions, conclude the law of how they affect each other and the whole. The dimensions include the elements of physiology, technology, environment and aesthetic art. At last, explain what design is the one that meet the needs of users'in many dimensions, and build a system for product design evaluation, which is based on psychological experience in many dimensions.The creative points in this article are the related theory research about psychological experience of product design in many dimensions. It includes discussion about dividing product design elements in many dimensions, research on designers'psychological activities in the process of design, research on the essence of designer's innovative style and its forming reason, looking into the psychological experience brought by product design in many dimensions, discussion about the relations between each of these experience and the connection of each and the whole experience, building a system for product design evaluation based on psychological experience in many dimensions. The research above is meaningful to cultivating product design talent, guiding and evaluating design.
